AT HOME FARM, SCHOOL LANE, DIRECTION MADE UNDER ARTICLE 4(1) TO
WHICH ARTICLE 5(4) APPLIES
The Direction Order has been made to stop this area of Green
Belt being fenced off into individual plots contrary to Planning
Policy. However this Direction has to be confirmed by the Secretary
of State to have continuing effect otherwise it lapses after 6
months
